• You have received and reviewed our written proposal or quotation.
• You have communicated your acceptance in writing via email or any other documented channel.
• Any advance payment agreed upon has been received by us.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion without being required to provide a reason.

The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in the individual proposal or agreement shared with you before the project begins.

Any changes to the agreed scope requested after confirmation may result in revised timelines or additional fees. We will communicate any such changes to you before proceeding.

Ameck Business House is owned and operated under SPPAROW and VERRO. All payments on ameckhouse.com are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, the payment gateway used across SPPAROW and VERRO businesses, and a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

We do not store, handle, or have access to your card details, bank account information, or any payment credentials on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed entirely by Cashfree Payments in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, including advance amounts and milestone payments, will be specified in your individual proposal.

• Payments are to be made via the method agreed upon in your proposal (bank transfer, UPI, or other documented means).
• Work will commence only upon receipt of any agreed advance payment.
• All applicable taxes including GST are the responsibility of the client and will be reflected in our invoices.
• Overdue payments may result in a pause of work until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Since all our services are custom and initiated upon your confirmed request, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Before work begins: if you cancel after confirmation but before any work has started, a full refund of any advance paid will be issued within 7 business days.
• After work has begun: if work has already commenced, fees corresponding to the work completed will be retained. Any remaining balance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• Supplier orders placed: if cancellation occurs after a supplier order has been placed on your behalf, cancellation charges from the supplier will be passed on to you. These vary by supplier and will be communicated to you at the time.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ameckhouse.com. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree Payments and typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment method.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to supplier names and contacts, pricing information, product sourcing strategies, and business plans.

We will not share your business information with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

You agree not to directly contact or bypass any supplier, manufacturer, or partner introduced to you by Ameck Business House during or after the engagement without our written consent.

All content on ameckhouse.com including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions is the intellectual property of Ameck Business House and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

Reports, sourcing documents, and trade intelligence prepared specifically for you as part of a paid engagement are for your business use only and may not be resold or shared with third parties without our written permission.

Ameck Business House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or delays caused by third parties such as manufacturers, freight carriers, or customs authorities.

Our total liability in connection with any single engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement.

We are not responsible for delays, defects, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, port strikes, regulatory changes, or geopolitical events.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not warrant that:

• Our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
• Any specific business outcome, profit, or market result will be achieved through our services.
• All information on our website is complete, current, or applicable to your specific situation at all times.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to formal legal proceedings.
