Thank you for choosing Ameck Business House. This policy is short, clear, and written to make sure you know exactly where you stand before you pay us anything.

Our Services

We operate across three areas. This policy applies to all of them.

Services
Sourcing consultation, supplier identification, trade intelligence, quality inspection, and import-export facilitation.
Wholesale and Manufacturing
Bulk orders, production runs, and factory-direct procurement coordinated on your behalf with verified overseas manufacturers.
Import and Export
End-to-end handling of freight, customs clearance, duties, and last-mile delivery for imports. For exports, documentation, compliance, and logistics to get your goods to international buyers. Once a shipment moves, third parties including freight carriers, customs, and port agencies are involved and cancellations become impossible.

Refund Rules
Before you pay
There is no charge before payment. Please feel free to ask questions, request changes to the quote, or take your time before deciding. We are here to help.
After you pay — no refunds
We begin work within 4 hours of receiving payment. Once work starts, no refunds, cancellations, or returns are available. Payment confirms your acceptance of the quoted scope.
One exception
If we are entirely unable to deliver any part of the agreed service due to a reason solely within our control, we will issue a fair refund. We would never retain payment for work we could not perform.

We start within 4 hours because global trade moves fast. Supplier availability, pricing, and logistics windows change quickly. Your early start is part of the service.

Payment Processing and Refund Timeline
Payment Gateway
Ameck Business House is owned and operated under SPPAROW and VERRO. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, the payment gateway used across SPPAROW and VERRO businesses, and a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We do not store or have access to your card or banking credentials.
Refund Timeline
Where a refund is approved by us, it is processed through Cashfree Payments. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment method. The exact timeline is subject to Cashfree's processing cycles and your bank's clearing process.

Wholesale and Import Orders

Once a production or purchase order is confirmed with a supplier on your behalf, it is bound by that supplier's terms. Any cancellation charges from the supplier are passed on to you. We will always communicate these before they apply.

Questions Before Paying

If anything in your quote is unclear, please reach out before paying. We are available Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM at info@ameckhouse.com or +91 83021 92742, and on WhatsApp. We would rather answer ten questions upfront than have any confusion later.

Raising a Concern

If something during your engagement is not going as agreed, write to info@ameckhouse.com with your project details. We respond within one business day.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
